Soha is maintaining a broad commercial legal practice over 22-years of experience. She is regularly advising and representing clients in the context of substantial and sensitive transactions involving project financing, governmental/quasi-governmental tenders, public procurements, the structuring, restructuring and implementation of acquisitions and mergers, real estate mega projects, IP and Data Privacy, Anti-trust and Anticorruption and the related corporate, tax and employment/labour issues such as redundancy plans, labour disputes (collective/individual).

Soha has created concrete and solid foundations to multiple clients in the process of pre-hiring of employees and the relevant applicable rules and regulations. She has further provided overviews on the main key issues under the Labour Law, drafted and reviewed various template employment contracts, HR manuals, internal work regulations and other related policies so to ensure strict compliance and proper application of the Labour Law.

Soha possesses good research, analysis of risk assessments and business decisions, drafting and negotiation skills. She developed over the years comprehensive experience in drafting multiple types of commercial agreements, carrying out all procedures pertinent to these agreements, handling commercial disputes and arbitration in their pre-contentious and contentious stages, negotiations, drafting legal pleadings and advocacy.
